Indeed, broadband is just a nascent industry. The fact is that we don't have a duopoly in broadband. We don't even have a monopoly in broadband. We have a "no-opoly." The bottom line is that, most Americans don't even have broadband. So how do we get Americans broadband? The answer lies in the history...: by letting a competitive marketplace thrive.
